LEVITTOWN - A man accused of threatening another man with a screwdriver during a road rage incident has surrendered to police. 

Matthew Mulqueen surrendered to police Monday after the March 16 incident. 

Police say Mulqueen, 33, threatened a driver on Newbridge Road in Levittown. 

Mulqueen allegedly put a screwdriver to a man's neck and threw him to the ground. 

Police say Mulqueen ran off when another driver pulled over to help the victim. 

 Mulgreen faces robbery, menacing, weapons and reckless endangerment charges.
