According to police, Anael Santiago was hit as he crossed New York Avenue near Depot Road around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

HUNTINGTON STATION - Police say a man was seriously hurt after being hit by a car in Huntington Station.

According to police, Anael Santiago was hit as he crossed New York Avenue near Depot Road around 10:30 p.m. Monday. 

The 29-year-old was rushed to Huntington Hospital in serious condition.

The driver of the Toyota that hit him stayed at the scene and is not facing charges.
