WESTBURY - A Westbury man is facing charges after being accused of exposing himself in a baby store parking lot.

Police say Fredys Santamaria was parked outside of the Babies R Us on Corporate Drive in Westbury last month and was touching himself while staring at a 35-year-old woman in the car next to him.

News 12 is told the woman snapped a photo of Santamaria's vehicle and called 911.

The picture led officers to Santamaria, who was arrested Saturday afternoon at his home. Police say he initially resisted arrest Saturday while carrying his 3-year-old son, but was eventually taken into custody.  His son was not injured.

Santamaria faces several charges including public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.

He does not have a criminal history, but police believe there could be more victims.

Officials are asking any other possible victims to call Nassau County Police's Third Squad at 516-573-6353.
