SOUTHAMPTON - State police are looking for a man who went missing off the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Southampton.

Jerry Plumber, 55, was last seen Monday on Church Street on the reservation. Police say he needs to take medication daily and may be in need of medical help. 

Plumber, a Native American, is bald and was last seen wearing jeans and a black leather jacket.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call State Police at 631-208-9002.
