BRENTWOOD - An East Islip man pleaded not guilty today after police say he drove drunk and crashed into a school bus and a car that was driven by a pregnant woman.

Police say Kyle Norton rear-ended the school bus on Broadway and Dulce Street in Brentwood yesterday and drove off. He then allegedly crashed into a car driven by a pregnant mother, who also had two children in her car.

Two witnesses followed Norton and called police.

Four children on the bus, the pregnant woman and her two children were treated for minor injuries.

Suffolk police say Norton faces several charges, including driving while intoxicated.
