Police: Jacques Louis, Sean Anderson killed in crash on Southern State Parkway

NORTH BABYLON - Police have identified the two men who were killed in a crash on the Southern State Parkway Friday afternoon.

The victims are 39-year-old Jacques Louis, of Brentwood, and 25-year-old Sean Anderson, of Smithtown.

Police say their cars were heading west at around 4 p.m. near Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon when they collided. Investigators have not yet released details on a possible cause.

Investigators say Louis died at the scene, while Anderson was airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The crash shut down the parkway for hours as police investigated. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
