Officials say a man already accused of stalking Jennifer Lopez was found making himself cozy in the pool house of her Hamptons home.

HAMPTONS - Officials say a man already accused of stalking Jennifer Lopez was found making himself cozy in the pool house of her Hamptons home.

J. Lo has an order of protection against John Dubis, of Rhode Island.

This month workers at her Water Mill home found him living in her pool house while she was away.

Southampton police believe he had been there for a week. Dubis apparently told a guard he was waiting for the star.

Dubis will face stalking charges in court next week.
