Police have identified the man who was fatally shot in Freeport earlier this week.

FREEPORT - Police have identified the man who was fatally shot in Freeport earlier this week.

They say 35-year-old Jonathan Isaac, of Freeport, was among two people who were shot at a home on Frederick Avenue on Tuesday.

The other victim survived the shooting, but Isaac was pronounced dead.

Police say they believe the men were targeted, but they have not yet made any arrests.
