Nassau police helped deliver a baby girl early this morning in Wantagh.

Chantelle LeGrand says she started having contractions this morning at around 1 a.m. She and her boyfriend, Gregory Mars, left their Jamaica, Queens apartment for Plainview Hospital, but got lost on the way.
