BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Bloomington and Indianapolis, Ind. police say they are working together to determine if a decomposing body found in Fall Creek is the body of missing college student Lauren Spierer.
Spierer, 20, was last seen on June 3, walking home to her apartment after a night of partying with friends.
Police say at this time they do not have a description on the identity.
As News 12 Long Island has previously reported, police say Spierer's boyfriend, Jesse Wolff, of Port Washington, has been considered a person of interest in the case.
Over the weekend, Speirer's family held a news conference in Indiana urging the parents of the persons of interest to convince their sons to talk.
An autopsy is expected to be performed on the body tomorrow.
