LYNBROOK - An East Rockaway woman is accused of driving drunk with a child in the car and fleeing the scene of a crash.

Witnesses say Bianca Flores, 25, repeatedly hit the car in front of her and the car behind her while in the traffic jam on Riverside Drive in Rockville Centre at around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night. They say when police arrived on the scene, she had moved to the passenger side of her vehicle to avoid getting in trouble.

Police say Flores refused a Breathalyzer test, but had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. They say she was also involved in a separate crash earlier in Lynbrook.

Police say Flores' 6-year-old daughter was in her backseat during the incident.

She was arrested and charged with driving drunk, driving with a suspended license and for violating Leandra's Law, a felony under state law.

Flores was previously arrested for DUI three months ago.

Her bond was set at $50,000. Flores will be back in court on Wednesday.
