Police: Arrest made in West Babylon shooting

According to police, Devon Smith Martin, 19, of West Babylon, shot into a crowd and hit another 19-yaer-old in his leg and hand Wednesday evening on Lamberta Court.

WEST BABYLON - Police say they have arrested a man in connection to a West Babylon shooting. 

According to police, Devon Smith-Martin, 19, of West Babylon, shot into a crowd and hit another 19-year-old in his leg and hand Wednesday evening on Lamberta Court.

The victim was treated and is expected to be OK.

Smith was arraigned yesterday on assault charges.

There is no word on a motive
