RONKONKOMA - Police say it appears a fire that destroyed several vehicles and spread to a home in Ronkonkoma was intentionally set.

A video obtained by News 12 Long Island shows a car fire that spread to two other vehicles and the home at 438 Richmond Blvd. early Thursday morning.

Occupants inside the home were able to get out safely. The homeowner had no comment for News 12 Long Island.

Police say two containers with an unknown accelerant were found at the scene. Police say they are now testing the two containers to figure out what was used to set the fire.

The incident is being investigated as an arson.
