FREEPORT - Police have arrested two teenagers in connection with a carjacking in Freeport early this morning.According to investigators, at around midnight, 18-year-old Shaqueil Reese and 19-year-old Kyle Legere approached a man who had pulled over to make a phone call and demanded cash.Police say the suspects then took off in the man's car. Both teens were arrested just a short distance away.Reese and Legere have been charged with second-degree robbery.
