Police: 2 arsons in less than 60 days at Shinnecock Reservation

SOUTHAMPTON - Officials say there have been two arsons in less than 60 days at the Shinnecock Reservation.

Investigators are looking into a suspicious blaze at the Shinnecock smoke shop.

The latest fire happened early yesterday morning on the East End reservation.

The latest incident follows another suspicious fire on Oct. 30 that charred a trailer near the community center.

State police confirmed both incidents are under investigation and it is not known if they are related.
