MATTITUCK - Plans for a sprawling sports facility off Main Road in Mattituck are off the table for now.

The original plan included an 82,000-square-foot "Sports East" complex, which included an indoor pool, track and tennis courts.

It also was to house yoga and spin classes.

News 12 was told that the attorney for the sports facility withdrew the plans on Monday.

There was no word on if they could be re-introduced at a later time.
