MANHASSET - Three pink fire trucks made a splash on Long Island today.

The vehicles are part of a fleet of 40 trucks that belong to Pink Heals, an organization that tours the country raising awareness and money for women's cancers. They've logged more than 70,000 miles in five years, says founder Dave Graybill.

"It's basically these battleships at war and celebration to women against a terrorist called cancer," he says.

The Pink Heals group wrapped up their Long Island stop this evening at the Firefighters Museum in East Garden City.
