PATCHOGUE - Patchogue-Medford School District passed its budget on a revote Tuesday night.

The budget did not include a controversial transportation proposition. The proposition would have required the district to provide bussing for private school students up to 10 miles farther than they currently do.

Without the proposition, the budget falls within the state tax cap.

A simple majority was needed for the budget to pass.
