OYSTER BAY - The town of Oyster Bay is targeting 100 workers with a retirement incentive package.

Newsday says the plan will be presented at the public hearing on Tuesday. According to Newsday, eligible employees will be offered $1,000 for every full year of service. The employee and family will be given health benefits for life and paid for accumulated sick time.

Oyster Bay hopes to save $10 million with the incentive plan.
