RIVERHEAD - Three men are accused of scamming a Riverhead man out of his lottery winnings.

Orhan Ozturk, Yunis Ozturk and Yalcin Nergiz allegedly worked together to scam a 28-year-old construction worker out of his Take 5 lottery winnings.

The Ozturk brothers pleaded not guilty today to a slew of charges, including grand larceny.

Nergiz will be arraigned next week.
