WASHINGTON - ? Officials say there is a fight in Washington over federal funding for the 9/11 memorial.

Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn is blocking the money from going through.

Coburn is the same Republican senator who fought funding to the Zadroga bill that provides first aid to first responders. Coburn says he is concerned about spending $200 million over the next decade during a fiscal crisis.

New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Sen. Charles Schumer say they plan to sit down with Coburn soon to discuss his concerns.
