WOODBURY - ? Hospital officials say there has been another major milestone for the Arizona congresswoman who was shot point blank in the head.

Officials say Gabrielle Giffords was able to stand up yesterday.

Doctors are planning to move Giffords to a rehab center in Texas tomorrow.

Meanwhile, a federal grand jury has now indicted Jared Loughner.

The alleged gunman is accused of attempting to assassinate Giffords and killing six others.
