MANORHAVEN - ? Officials say a man was killed and another person was injured after a fire tore through a Manorhaven home this morning.

Chopper 12 was over the scene on Sintsink Drive West around 7:30 a.m. Police say the homeowner, 73-year-old Albert Rosen, was pulled from the burning home but went into cardiac arrest. He was rushed to St. Francis Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, officials say. Rosen's 70-year-old wife was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. There's no word on her current condition.

Officials say it took about 100 firefighters from six departments to get the flames under control. Investigators say the fire does not appear suspicious.
