WOODBURY - Officials have confirmed the first Nassau County death associated with West Nile virus.Nassau officials say two humans and 68 mosquito pools have tested positive for West Nile virus this year. Two people in Suffolk County were also recently infected with West Nile virus and are currently recovering.Officials say there have been more than 1,000 cases, about half of them in Texas.
