Two of the island's biggest school districts are facing financial challenges that could jeopardize their future, according to a report just released by the Office of the State Comptroller. The report says that 13 percent of Long Island school districts are facing fiscal stress. Those school districts have dangerously low fund reserves, chronic operatic deficits and extremely limited cash in hand....
