NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok pleads not guilty in NYC biker melee

MANHATTAN - An undercover NYPD detective has pleaded not guilty to charges of taking part in a violent biker attack on an SUV driver in Manhattan.

Detective Wojciech Braszczok hid his face when he walked into State Supreme Court yesterday.

Police say Braszczok was off duty when the SUV driver was violently attacked. In September, a Long Islander caught it on camera.

Defense attorneys say there is more video out there and that it could prove their clients' innocence.
