WOODBURY - Nearly two dozen pit bulls were rescued from an apparent dog-fighting operation in Queens.

The NYPD says the 20 dogs were found emaciated and scarred in a home in St. Albans. They are now being treated by the ASPCA.

Addison Holder and Keisha Hall are being charged with animal cruelty and animal fighting.

The two suspects are also facing drug charges, after police say they found methamphetamine inside their home.
