NYC school bus drivers, matrons on strike
MANHATTAN - About 8,000 school bus drivers and bus matrons are on strike.
The move affects 152,000 New York City kids and their families.
To save money, the city is opening the bus contract to bid. However, the city will not guarantee the drivers' jobs or present pay scale.
