WOODBURY - ? New York City residents are furious that streets are still not plowed, and neighborhoods are still snowed in after a blizzard pummeled the area two days ago. Mayor Michael Bloomberg has called the snow-clogged roads a ?bad situation.?Officials say hundreds of buses and dozens of ambulances are stuck in the snow all over the five boroughs. Officials also have reported a backlog of 911 calls.

Many city residents are calling the incident the worst response to a major snowstorm ever.
