MANHATTAN - There is a strong push to get the next presidential library in Manhattan.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says he wants the city to be home to the future library.

President Barack Obama has not announced which city will house the library.

However, a recent online article says Obama is considering a move to Manhattan when his term ends. President Obama received his undergraduate degree at Columbia.
 
The Ivy League school is making a bid to build the library.
