SOUTHAMPTON - A police pursuit came to a crashing halt in the Hamptons yesterday.Police say they tried to stop suspected drunken driver James Burdette Robles, of North Sea, yesterday as he was leaving Schmidt's Produce on North Sea Road in Southampton.Police say the 53-year-old man led them on a four-mile pursuit that ended when he hit a rock wall and some trees on Kings Lane in North Sea.Officials say Robles has had four DWI arrests since 1987 and has been arrested 19 times since the late 1970s.
