CUTCHOGUE - ? A big North Fork music festival has just received the green light for the summer. The NOFO Rock and Folk Festival will be held July 30 and 31 at the Peconic Bay Winery in Cutchogue. The festival got the permission from the Town of Southold last week. This morning, organizers announced the lineup that includes Foghat, John Sebastian and Commander Cody. Tickets will go on sale next month.

Last year, there was a battle over how late bands could play and how many fans could attend.
