NEW YORK - (AP) - Investigators have found no evidence of enginefailure at the time a helicopter crashed in the East River,killing a passenger celebrating her birthday and injuring threeothers. An official with the National Transportation Safety Board saysan examination of the wreckage found no sign of a rupture in theLinden, N.J.-based helicopter's engine case or metal particlesinside that could have indicated damage. But NTSB member Mark Rosekind says the agency isn't rulinganything out yet. He says the agency interviewed the helicopter'spilot for a second time for several hours Thursday. The British woman who died was visiting the city with her familyto celebrate her 40th birthday. She was pulled from the water 90minutes after the helicopter crashed Tuesday afternoon near theUnited Nations headquarters.
