WOODBURY - The FBI says a Nigerian man boarded a Virgin America flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Los Angeles last week carrying a stolen and expired boarding pass. Reports say the man, identified as Olajide Oluwaseun Noibi, was questioned by authorities and released in Los Angeles, but then he allegedly tried to get on another flight heading to Atlanta yesterday using another phony boarding pass. Investigators say they later found a total of 10 expired passes in Noibi's baggage, all belonging to other people. The Transportation Security Administration claims Noibi passed a security screening, so he wasn't carrying any weapons.Noibi was arrested yesterday and charged with being a stowaway. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
