Nicholas Sisti acquitted of charges in controversial 'Flush the Johns' prostitution case
A Mineola man arrested during Nassau Countys "Flush the Johns" prostitution sting has been acquitted.
Newsday reports that Nicholas Sisti was acquitted yesterday on charges of patronizing a prostitute. He was the second of 104 men arrested in the sting. The first man was acquitted by another judge last year, while six cases were dismissed. The 87 remaining cases are pending.
