WOODBURY - Billionaire developer Charles Wang could get a $3.8 million tax refund from Nassau County if lawmakers approve a plan to settle thousands of property tax assessment challenges, according to Newsday. Wang, who owns the Islanders, is owed the largest sum of any property owner who successfully challenged their county tax assessment.
