WOODBURY - News 12's Elisa DiStefano teamed up with Newsday's style writer Anne Bratskeir to discuss how you can welcome Pantone’s color of the year, Radiant Orchid, into your home and wardrobe.

Bratskeir suggests wearing nail polish in the shade if you are shy to try it in a larger dose.

Some accessories that Bratskeir recommends purchasing the color in are scarves, wallets and glasses. Radiant Orchid décor can be a good way to brighten up your home, including throw pillows and vases.

Makeup in this year's color, particularly lipstick, can help liven up your beauty routine.
