NESCONSET - A Nesconset landlord accused of breaking into his tenant?s apartment to sexually abuse her pleaded not guilty today in court. Cops say Neil Parikh admitted getting into the woman?s room so he could knock her out with chloroform.
Charges were upgraded, and if convicted Parikh could spend up to 15 years in prison.
Parikh was released on bond, but is forced to wear an ankle monitor. Nesconset landlord accused of attempted sex assault on tenant
