BALDWIN - Federal law enforcement officials say a Nassau pharmacist was arrested this morning, accused of illegally distributing the painkiller oxycodone. Authorities say Lutful Chowdhury was taken into custody at Aim Pharmacy on Grand Avenue in Baldwin, where he is a supervisor. Investigators say it's not the first time Chowdhury has been in trouble with law. Back in June, he was charged with forging prescriptions for illegal painkillers. Those prescriptions were purchased by a Freeport woman, who was high on drugs when she hit and killed a woman back in 2010, police say.Baldwin pharmacist accused of filling phony prescriptionsLI pharmacist arrested in phony prescription probeTeen who allegedly drove high pleads not guilty
