UNIONDALE - Nassau County officials are still taking steps to find a new developer for the Nassau Coliseum property. The county has hired a Westchester law firm to negotiate with potential developers, according to Newsday. Last summer, county residents voted down a plan to spend their tax dollars on a new facility. The site is comprised of 77 acres around the Coliseum off Hempstead Turnpike.
