FRANKLIN SQUARE - Police say an assault has been made on another Nassau County bus driver.

They say the suspect was traveling on a bus eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike last month. Officials told News 12 that when the driver refused to make an unauthorized stop, the suspect got angry, hit the driver in the face and took off.

Anyone with information on the incident should call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
