The plan would set up car pool lots at Citi Field and Aqueduct Race Track, as well as state parks in Valley Stream, Hempstead and Bethpage. More lots would also be set up at Farmingdale College, Belmont Lake State Park, Sunken Meadow State Park and Heckscher State Park.
