UNIONADALE - ? Cops say a McDonald?s in Uniondale remains closed this afternoon after a bus drove into it last night.

Nassau police say a blue van hit a bus and two other cars, forcing the bus to smash into a McDonald?s on Hempstead Turnpike.

Nassau police have identified the driver of the van as 42-year-old Richard Santiago. Santiago is charged with DWI and driving without a license and is expected in court at a later date. At the time of the accident, cops say no one was on board the bus, except the driver who suffered injuries to his face and legs. Cops have deemed the restaurant structurally unsound and it will be closed until further notice.
