Moreland Commission taps National Grid to take over for LIPA in storm
BETHPAGE - Hundreds of out-of-state utility crews are arriving in Bethpage State Park, where National Grid has set up a staging area.
National Grid says it is taking over storm duties from LIPA, which is a major shift in responsibility to get service restored since Sandy.
