Missing New Cassel teen found safe

A New Cassel teenager that was reported missing has been found safe.

NEW CASSEL - A New Cassel teenager that was reported missing has been found safe.

As News 12 reported, 13-year-old Amari Young disappeared Monday morning after leaving his family's Prospect Avenue apartment.

Police now tell News 12 that the eighth-grader was found in Montgomery, New York. They say he is with family and is in good health.

There is no word on why he was in the area or how he got there.
