MASTIC - The Mastic teen accused of driving drunk and killing his two passengers has plead not guilty.

Ryan Foote, 17, lost control of his car early Saturday morning on Winters Drive, crashing through a fence and hitting into some trees. Foote's passengers, Rashawn Minter, 17, and James McClease, 18, were ejected from the car and pronounced dead on the scene.

Foote was charged with driving while intoxicated. Prosecutors say charges against the 17-year-old driver could be upgraded. Foote's bail was set at $100,000. 2 teens killed, 1 injured in suspected DWI crash in Mastic
