MASTIC - A Mastic teen accused of a driving drunk and killing his two passengers faced a judge today.

Suffolk police say Ryan Foote, 17, admitted he had been drinking before he crashed his car early last Saturday morning into a wooded area off Winters Drive.

Foote's friends, Rashawn Minter, 17, and James McClease, 18, were ejected from the car and pronounced dead on the scene.

Foote faces DWI charges, but his case was adjourned by a judge until August 14.
