MASTIC BEACH - Mastic Beach officials say they were forced to condemn a home that has been a problem in the community for nearly a decade.

Mastic Beach Village inspectors say they saw raw sewage, dirty mattresses and children running around upon entering the home.

The home has now been deemed uninhabitable and all of the tenants have been removed. Four of the adult tenants were arrested on drug charges, while the children in the home have been taken into custody by Child Protective Services.

Authorities are still trying to locate the landlord.
