AUKLAND, New Zealand - A Massapequa college student has been convicted in a deadly crash that killed three classmates in New Zealand. Stephen Houseman pleaded guilty to seven counts of careless driving at a court in Auckland, New Zealand today.A judge revoked the 20-year-old man's driving privileges for six months but did not sentence him to jail time. Houseman lost control of a minivan last month on the way to a hiking trip. It rolled several times, killing three of his Boston University classmates and injuring a fourth.
