EAST QUOGUE - A Long Island couple is headed to the Winter Olympics in Sochi. 

Mary and George Kay have been to eight Olympics. The retired school teachers from East Quogue say they won't let fears of terrorism keep them from heading to their ninth Olympics. 

The couple calls it an honor to support and cheer the American athletes. 

Once they are back from Sochi, they will begin planning for the Summer Olympics in 2016.
